Unfortunately, we have two NMRs this turn, as both Germany and Russia fail to submit orders.  As a result, they both fail to gain any centers this year.


 


England takes advantage of the absent Kaiser, convoying to Denmark.  France picks up Spain, while successfully defending Marseilles against an Italian advance.  Italy convoys to Tunis.  Meanwhile in the Balkans, Austria and Turkey pick up 2 centers apiece.
