England continues to push units eastward, and France gets into Piedmont.  However, the French move to Burgundy is bounced by Austria.  Turkey reoccupies Rumania and successfully defends Constantinople.  Italy convoys the army from Tunis back to defend his homeland.


 


Two units are dislodged, so we will have a Summer 1903 phase:


  The Austrian army in Rumania may retreat to Budapest or OTB.


  The Russian army in Galicia may retreat to Budapest, Silesia, Warsaw, or OTB.
