RP did that automatically. There must be a Standard Dip rule that an NMR'ed unit that is dislodged is instead destroyed, as there was a valid retreat.
HOWEVER, Carthage did have orders in: they were sent ahead of the winter builds and thus I missed them in my email.

Unfortunately I never got orders for Jim. While it may not have mattered this turn he may have benefitted from active play if the major Roman push east is any indication!
There is only one retreat: the Greek A Sinope can retreat to Bithynia or off the board. Tim, I've auto-retreated to Bithynia but if you let me know by the Thursday summer deadline you prefer OTB Tim it will be so changed.
Assuming no retreat changes, prelims are due Friday!
