Lots of action in the Fall! We had two retreats, both of which were easy so I took them:
A Edi could retreat to Yor or Cly but it is irrelevant
A Mun could retreat to Sil or OTB. I took it to Silesia and will let David decide on which units to disband.
We have some adjustments:

Germany removes 3 (ouch)
Italy builds 2
Russia builds 2
Turkey removes 1
