Hi Guys.

ADJUSTMENTS

Germany:
Build A Berlin

Italy:
Remove A Ruhr
Remove A Picardy

Turkey:
Build A Smyrna
Build A Constantinople

END OF GAME PROPOSAL: Five-way draw including England, Germany, Italy, Russia and Turkey.

All active players must vote in favor for the draw to pass. Results are announced with the Spring and Fall turns. The only way I would announce the success or failure of a vote early is if I received six votes marked FINAL.

NEXT DEADLINE: Spring 1911 orders are due Monday, June 6, by 18:00 EDT.
