seems odd - last time there was no retreat of a sev to ukr because no order was submitted - does the same apply here? no orders and they go otb?

There are 3 retreats, but each has only one option, so per the tourney rules I just moved them. If anybody wishes to go OTB instead, they can notify Christine w/in 24 hours.
