Apparently Verizon got their act together some time late yesterday.  I guess now I'm supposed to feel grateful that it wasn't Monday as they originally claimed.  Don't you just love telecommunications companies?  Always looking out for their consumers' best interests.

Which means, of course, that the adjustment chart I sent out on Friday is wrong because I neglected to account for the possibility that Italy would retreat to an open SC.  Therefore, instead of England up one and Italy down one, they both stay even on 5 and 7 SC, respectively.  I've included the corrected ownership chart at the bottom of the
message.
