Please get orders in on time. [Indeed, if I read the pulse of this game correctly, we might actually speed it up if every player were to mark orders FINAL... remember, all Spring/Fall orders are presumed prelim unless otherwise marked. Then again, given the Russian retreat and the German disband, you may still be cherishing your time for negotiation].
