For Spring 1913, in anticipation of our new German's first set of orders with his small but centrally located force, I bring you a brief quote straight from the Man himself:
"Fortune, which has a great deal of power in other matters but especially in war, can bring about great changes in a situation through very slight forces."
Slight forces. It's almost like a cue line for Maslow's Germans to enter stage left. This season, there's a lot of reshuffling of English forces plus some perhaps crucial movement in the Carpathian Mountains. But there are no retreats. Not even a retreat/disband. So, Fall 1913... with your tacit permission, I'm going to speed us up by a mere day and set the next deadline for Thursday, October 13 at 2:00 p.m. CST.
Now, for Coming Out Festivities for Mr. Sir Maslow von Bayern.
