I kind of like it.... arctic that is. I suppose you could make it impassable in the spring... you can only move in or out of it in the fall?  Heh, but then if the game goes past 2020 it becomes passable all year.

Thanks for the comments about the Arctic Ocean.  It has been split up in the past, but this was done to try to give players more options and quick travel.  Perhaps I need to re-jig the bordering territories so there aren't so many options... ah well, we're stuck with it for now.
