So, it's called the Winter Blitz for a reason. The deadlines come fast. They come without advanced warnings (i.e. reminders). They come without regard to whether or not you have submitted your orders. They're ready, are you?
Just to preach a little bit more, let me remind you of two notes from my Game Start announcement:
"I am an enthusiastic devotee of prelims. They form a good habit. Use them all the time."
"Timeliness is the greatest virtue of a Winter Blitz champion."
So, that ends my turn on the soapbox. Now, please sit politely and listen as our next speaker addresses the waste and hazard caused by bottled water...
Oh, by the way, on DC 409, both England and Russia NMR. This is not a good thing... but it's not too late to turn around the ship... which England may wish to do literally as well as figuratively on account of the French fleet in London. But seriously, I've seen worse positions salvaged before. There are no retreats due, but there are several adjustments (only Russia gets to sit this phase out):
Austria: Supp 4 Unit 3 Build 1
England: Supp 2 Unit 3 Remove 1
France: Supp 6 Unit 3 Build 3
Germany: Supp 5 Unit 3 Build 2
Italy: Supp 4 Unit 3 Build 1
Russia: Supp 4 Unit 4 Build 0
Turkey: Supp 4 Unit 3 Build 1
Orders are due tomorrow, Friday, at 10:00 a.m. CST!
