Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Hey all,

So I got this out only an hour and a half after deadline, not half bad. There's an even split of fleets and armies, but interestingly, every place that could build fleets did, so only landlocked centers got armies. See ya on Monday, same bat-time, same bat-channel (for those who remember the old batman tv show!). Here are the builds:
