So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

My apologies, everyone, I picked up a sinus infection over the weekend that laid me out flat for a few days. I am back in the saddle now. Many thanks to Garry for taking care of business while I was away. A reminder, the fall 1902 deadline is today, Thursday 2/2 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT.
