Turkey retreats from Ion to Aeg (no RP on this PC, sorry, so no pic/dpy)

End of game proposal - Solo concession to Germany.

The deadline for EOG votes is the same as Fall orders (Tomorrow, Friday Feb. 3 at 10 PM GMT). Not voting is considered a "No" vote.
 
ALSO (this is important) If I have five votes in favor prior to tomorrow at 10 PM, I may end the game at that time, and not wait until Friday night to adjudicate.
