OK, let's see if I can get it right this time... Austria, with help from the Turkish fleet, rolls into Rumania. Turkey walks into the vacated Serbia and also sails unopposed into the Ionian Sea. Bounces occur in Marseilles, Sweden, and MAO. Two units are dislodged, but each is left with no escape route: The French army in Gascony has no valid retreats and is destroyed. The Russian army in Rumania has no valid retreats and is destroyed. Since there are no retreats, we skip the summer retreat phase and proceed directly to fall 1903. This also gives us the opportunity to get back on schedule: fall 1903 orders will be due Thursday 2/9 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00
