Retreat and build orders are due by 18:00GMT on Friday. Build orders
can be conditional upon the retreat orders, but please make it simple
for me to understand... "if X retreats to Y then build A otherwise
build B".
As for cheeky, I'm never quite sure of the ethics of Italy's support
order. I know it's a legitimate order, but I always feel a bit dirty
when I order it (which I do).
