Okay. I voted Yes because i wanted to see the game speed up rather than slow down.
That way i could lock my orders in before i go, and then Jason can set a deadline say next Monday or Tuesday
and one the week after that... reducing the impact of me being away and speeding the game ip.
Perhaps i could suggest to the 'no' voters, if no replacements been found by the end of January - should we
revist this - or just delay inevitably?
