Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

England raises an army and Turkey builds a fleet, while Germany scuttles two fleets. Spring 1907 orders will be due Monday 3/5 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. However, I will be out of town that day, so please send your orders to Garry Bledsoe (as well as the Orders box), as he will be running the turn.
