Once again, no orders from the Tsar, so although his units are able to auto-retreat, they die in the winter anyway.  Turkey retreats to North Africa, and raises two armies.  England adds one army and one fleet. Spring 1909 orders will be due Monday 3/19 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT.  Along with your orders, please be sure to cast your votes on each of two endgame proposals, a DIAS and a two-way England/Turkey draw. Unfortunately, I have found out that I will be out of town again on Monday, courtesy of my daughter's orthodontics, so please be sure to send your orders and votes to Garry.  I'll be back Tuesday, though lighter in the wallet, if there are any summer retreats.
