Well, turned out I couldn't keep my sleepy eyes open last night.....  but here we go.
A coordinated effort appears to have the mighty German empire re-evaluating.  All proposals for a final peace fail.
There is one retreat for Germany, Norwegian Sea can retreat to Barents Sea or Edinburgh. That will be due tomorrow, Wednesday March 28, 16:00 MDT. 
I can likely get that out sooner if I get it.
