Edinburgh changes hands.  There are no retreats needed, and only one adjustment this winter. France gets to build one unit, which I think I will make due on Tuesday April 10, after the holiday weekend.  I am off on Monday as well. Of course I might get that out quicker if I get the order... which is likely.
