Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

This game gets off to an interesting start, as Austria and Italy each launch an attack on each other's adjacent centers, which of course bounce.
