*No more French Bread, French Fries, or French Toast; the French are Eliminated*
*Germans Head to England for a Spot of Tea*
*Russian Politely Ask For Budapest... with Bullets*

Hey all,

It's somewhat surprising at this stage of the game to see the major stalemate line almost deserted, as all the action focuses on the southeast and northwest. In the Southeast, Russia/Turkey gain a slight edge with the recapture of Budapest. The northwest is much more complicated. Germans land on the Isle, but they lose all Scandinavian presence. Time will tell who has the upper hand there.

With all the strife, the only real retreat is France in Brest, but since there is no french supply center, I just retreated him OTB. Budapest and Denmark were both dislodged, but there were no valid retreats, so they are likewise disbanded.

I believe I am going to have a moderator run winter for me, so please make absolutely sure to cc the orders box. My grandfather's memorial service is tomorrow, and I have family staying with me, so it'll be kind of crazy.

Adjustments:
Austria: even
England: +1 (+Den, -Bre, +unit disbanded in belgium in spring)
France: -1 ELIMINATED
Germany: even (-Den, -Swe, +Bre, +unit disbanded in Denmark in fall)
Italy: +2 (+Por, +unit disbanded in Budapest in Fall)
Russia: +2 (+Swe, +unit disbanded in Budapest in Spring)
Turkey: even

Due Friday at 8:00 AM CST unless you hear otherwise from a moderator.

John
