ADJUSTMENTS:

Liverpool goes over to the French, and so accounts for the only adjustments
this year.  England must remove a unit, and France may build one if he
wishes.

NEXT DEADLINE:

Retreats (France, Russia) and Adjustments (England, France) are due tomorrow
night, Friday, May 4, by 18:00 Eastern.
