Curiouser and curiouser.

This is, I must say, one of the stranger adjudications I've ever GM'd.

First: as you all have already guessed, there is not peace.  AIT fails.

Second: England leaves Kiel unsupported in order to protect North Sea and to race back to Liverpool (now that the Russian fleet is already in town and terrorizing the Liverpudlians).  Kiel is safe, because AIRT choose to focus on Marseilles instead.

But most of all... Third: France submits an entirely bollixed set of orders -- unless we're playing a game of Seismic diplomacy, in which case it is entirely possible that Ruhr *does* abut Warsaw and that Portugal *can* support Western Med into Portugal(?!?) and that Marseilles *can* support this non-viable order to a non-adjacent territory.  Confused?  I sure am.  But I'll wager that Joe is the most confused of all.
The upshot is that France, functionally, has ordered five units to hold, and this means that AIT should have succeeded in whatever plan they devised.  So, what did they devise?  They pulled Spain back into Marseilles.  Yup.  AIT would surely kick themselves for a missed opportunity, except that the one French unit that actually has viable orders (A Gas-Bre) vacates a path for Italian and Turkish fleets to advance into MAt and Gas.  In the end, everything continues to come up AIRT, but it sure was a weird little season.

There are no retreats (the French fleet in Marseilles disbands), so we advance to Winter 1905 with the following:
Austria:   Supp  7 Unit  7 Build  0
England:   Supp  4 Unit  5 Remove  1
France:    Supp  5 Unit  5 Build  0
Italy:     Supp  1 Unit  1 Build  0
Russia:    Supp  8 Unit  7 Build  1
Turkey:    Supp  9 Unit  8 Build  1
