Once again, multiple centers change hands.  Russia sails into London and Ankara, Germany marches unopposed into Moscow, and France gets a support into Norway. There are two units dislodged, so there will be Autumn 1908 retreats:
  The German fleet in London may retreat to Wales or OTB.
  The Russian fleet in Norway may retreat to Barents Sea, Skagerrak, St. Petersburg (nc), or OTB. Winter 1908 adjustments will be as follows:
  Germany:  build 1 (or build 2 if retreat OTB)
  Russia:  no change (or build 1 if retreat OTB)
  Turkey:  remove 1 Both the Autumn 1908 retreats and Winter 1908 adjustments will be due tomorrow, Friday 6/1 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT.
