Germany would like to propose one more time the Game end with a Austrian, French draw!
Daniel is close to elimination and may wish to reconsider his vote.
Consider this my yes vote for A/F draw!

I had thought this game less likely to move than a Frenchman living next door to a brothel (sorry Stuart), but I was wrong - we have movement in both central Europe and on the Baltic coasts! Therefore I will lift the threat of a GM-imposed DIAS, and the game continues.
No EGPs have been proposed for the autumn turn, so no votes are needed this turn. The deadline for Autumn is 2100GMT, Thursday 14 March.
best
