Hey all,

What a turn! Germans offer support to England, but are rebuffed. Russia *really* wanted Rumania. Italy moves West, but still "attacks" Trieste. And MAO and Spain just hang out. 

It's clear alliances are developing, and possibly that some are being betrayed as well. Most importantly, I hope you are all having fun! No NMR's this round, so that's nice. Neither are there any retreats. So we'll see each other again on Thursday at 8:00 AM CST (14:00 GMT?).
