Resolve - steadfastness to ones allies and refusal to abandon the effort. These traits mark the Knight of the Alliance through the shifting allegences of the game. Although the allies may change, the Diplomats resolve remains constant.

Austria waives his builds, Germany takes a fleet and Italy an army in Rome.

Next is spring 17! Due Thursday 3pm Central.
