Garry, thanks for running the turn.
To the players: my orders will be secret (if easy to guess), but I want everyone to know that I will be voting to hand the draw to EFT. Unless anyone thinks they can break that alliance then it's just a matter of time. If anyone DOES think they can break the alliance then let's go for it! (Come on, someone MUST point out to England that they're looking at a potential solo if they go for it.)

Pretty straightforward. Apologies for the delay. I had to confirm something and it made me miss the open window I had to run the turn yesterday. John is back for Monday so submit to him and copy the orders box.
Let's do a 2pm CST deadline on Monday John due to my tardiness.
NOTE: there is an EGP on the table - 3-way EFT draw. All players must vote YES with Spring orders for this to pass. Forgetting to submit a vote is the same as a NO vote.
England builds A Lon, A EdiRussia removes F PruGermany removes F BerFrance builds F Bre, A MarTurkey builds A Con
I turn it back over to John. Don't forget to vote. Good luck.
Garry

Hey all,
Russia confirmed the retreat to Rum. Also, Garry will be doing the winter Adjudication. It may be later than my normal adjudication, so don't get antsy if that occurs. He's on vacation. His email is kielmarch(at)hotmail.com. Also CC orders, just in case.
John

*FET Alliance Gains Big*
*Offered Supports Rejected*
*Russia Keeps Germans in Warsaw*
Hey all,
First off, thanks for the well wishes I've received from many of you regarding the passing of my grandmother. It is appreciated. Memorial services are tomorrow. I think I'm going to ask the Moderators to cover the turn, so make sure you cc the orders box.
This year seems to be the final tipping point for the RAGged band of non-FET players. Russia's down a center. Germany has a net loss of 2, but only loses one unit this winter. Austria, likewise, loses 2 centers, but also has 2 units disbanded. Meanwhile, the three-headed Blue and Yellow monster swells a total of 5 centers this year. Will the alliance last? Or will treachery strike? Only time will tell.
There was one retreat. Russian F Sev can only retreat to Rumania. Seeing as how a retreat off the board would eliminate Russia, I'm assuming Sev-Rum is a safe bet, and in lieu of contradiction from him, that'll be the official retreat. However, should the Russian instead choose to fall on his sword, Turkey will gain 2 centers instead of 1. So conditional builds/disbands are of course allowed, and in the case of turkey, strongly encouraged.
Builds/Disbands:
Austria: Even (-Tri, -Ser, +2 disbanded units in fall)
England: +2 (+ Hol, +Mos)
France: +2 (+Mun, +Tri)
Germany: -1 (-Hol, -Mun, -Mos, +War, +disbanded A Hol in spring)
Italy: eliminated
Russia: -1 (-sev, -War, +Rum) (if rum retreats OTB, then eliminated)
Turkey: +1 (+ser, +sev, -Rum) (If rum retreats OTB, then +2)
