So, Wednesday is too fast, so I'll do the turn first thing Friday morning.  8am Central time... Builds will be due later in the same day (Friday) so send in provisional builds / removals WITH your orders please for whatever you think you might have due to build or possibly remove.

This stalemate line does not look fun... England is dislodged from MAO, but can only go to NAT so I just moved him.  Can opt for OTB by tomorrow 3pm else it stands.  NEXT is Thursday!  3pm Central for fall of 10.
