Order of the Alliance

Resolve - steadfastness to ones allies and refusal to abandon the effort. These traits mark the Knight of the Alliance through the shifting allegences of the game. Although the allies may change, the Diplomats resolve remains constant.

But no real center gains or losses unless you are Italian. Several retreats are needed:

Turk F Con can retreat to BLA or OTB
French F MAO can retreat to IRI, ENG, Bre or OTB
English F Nwy can retreat to SKA or NWG or OTB

With those we will also have the following Winter adjustments:

England -1 unless F Nwy retreats OTB
France +1 from banked build
Italy +2
Turkey -1 unless F Con retreats OTB

All others are even. Please get these in to Mike tomorrow at 3pm CST.
