Everyone is back in action as France and Italy return from their holidays.

Austria cuts Smy support when Smy was supporting Austria -- to no effect tho as the Turk empire drops from 3 to 1. England seizes the Mid Atlantic and StP, rounding both corners while Italy sets full sail to the west and Germany snuffs out the French in PIc.
