Austria: disband A Trieste (*Eliminated*)
France: F Liverpool - Irish Sea
Germany: F English Channel - Belgium

BUILDS:

France: Remove F Irish Sea, Remove A Wales
Germany: Build A Kiel
Italy: Remove A Tyrolia
Russia: Build A St Petersburg, Build A Moscow, Build F Sevastopol
England: I retreat to London, then build an army in London, a Fleet in London, and if the event Austria also retreats to London, I will build an extra unit in Smyrnia. (*Fails*)

NEXT: Spring 06, due Monday 4pm Pacific!
