If you have some legit position (i.e. I think I deserve to be part of the draw but I'm not or I think this draw should be smaller than a 5 way) then say it. But if you're holding out hoping the stalemate lines will break, I feel pretty certain that they will not at this point. This game is essentially locked in and we've had 3 (4?) non-moves in a row.
