Fall 1902
Germany sends no orders, and his Fleet is dislodged to the dubious safety of Kiel by a combined effort from France and England. France establishes a new Foreign Office in Munich. Apart from his success in retaking Budapest and destroying the Italian garrison there, Austria’s other orders largely failed to motivate his troops and he needs to retreat his F Greece following attack by Turkey. Russia marches into Berlin and Sweden without resistance. Italy fails to get back to Venice after his holiday in Trieste.
Autumn Retreats:
Germany may choose to disband his dislodged Fleet, but needs to let me know very quickly or the retreat stands. Austria may retreat to ION or AEG or can disband. Again, please let me know your final decision quickly. I will relay this information to the group as FINAL as soon as received. In the event of this retreat not being made in the next few hours, players may specify conditional builds (i.e. if “Austria retreats to ION then build….&rdquo
.
Winter Adjustments:
Austria must remove 2 (unless he disbands his F Greece)
Germany must remove 1 (unless he has disbanded his Fleet Holland)
Italy may build 2
Russia may build 2
France may build 2
Turkey may build 2
England may build 2

I may (but will not necessarily) remind you of this, but I will not chase you. Latecomers stand a risk of NMRing, so why not send preliminary (v1) orders now, in case real life intervenes in the meantime? Do not forget to copy to orders(at)diplomaticcorp.com. Please put the Game Number, Game Name, Power, Season and order version in the Subject of a new email - don’t just reply to mine, or your orders may be missed. If you send v1 orders I will use them if you send no others (I will always use the last orders you send), so no need to reconfirm if you don’t change them.
