Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I have a feeling Mr. Bristol may no longer be with us. All austria units default, and the dislodged units retreat OTB.
