I am Warren, your GM for this game.  I think only one of you was in my first round game... sorry for your luck Greg.  Send me any questions or comments you have. I can't promise to always respond quickly, but usually I'm not bad.  I also try to give you confirmations of receiving your orders, but no promises.
 
Sorry I've been a bit slow getting to this.  I think you all are supposed to have prelims in by Thursday, two days from now.
 
Anyhow, I've tried to make these assignments as random as possible while making sure none of you get the same country you had last game.  Hopefully you are all pleased with them..... but that never happens.  Oh well, suck it up
