*Rumania Voted Most Popular Province!*
*Belgium the Runner Up!*
*Greece and Iberia Remain Independent*

Hey all,

Well, in spite of a really weird Spring, Fall ends up restoring us to much more "normal" territory. In fact, probably the "weirdest" thing now if Austria's F Ion. No retreats still, so we look at builds:

Austria: +1 (+Ser)England: +1 (+Nwy)France: +1 (+bel)Germany: +2 (+ hol, +Den)Italy: +1 (+tun)Russia: +1 (+Rum)Turkey:  +1 (+Bul)

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
