One of the optional rules for the Colonial map is the Trans-Siberian Railroad, which allows a Russian army to move anywhere between Moscow and Vladivostok in one turn.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to edit maps, and would have no way to adjust the variant to do that.

I'm not familiar with the Railroad rule.

But I imagine you could use the Colonial module included in the Realpolitik package and edit the map whenever necessary to account for that railroad rule. The "Edit Map" functionality is to be found under the "Map" tab.
