Mr Kremer (Spain) demonstrated, to my satisfaction, that he did indeed send orders in before the deadline and did not NMR. I have therefore rejudged the turn and the results are below. The Chinese player resigned leaving China in civil-disorder. Chinas retreats therefore become disbands which happens to eliminate China from the game.

The only retreat order really required is from the US (Trout), so if that is received before deadline, we'll reset for Winter 44 adjustments.

PLEASE take note that if you have not received a reply from me verifying that I have received your orders you should assume that I did not and use the Private Message function of the Diplomaticcorp forums to resend your orders. I ALWAYS check for PMs on the forum before I adjudicate a game, even if I'm not missing orders - just in case. I will also post a notice in the forum if I'm having trouble getting email out.
