Dear Players,

Apologies for yet another delay - which I think may be necessary, but hopefully not. Attached is the Summer '08 map with the French Fleet in Lyo. I have already received moves from some of you - please feel free to update them. I shall adjudicate as normal Wednesday 3pm GMT UNLESS anyone requests an extension.
