Sorry for the delay, everyone, I was away for a few days.
An interesting turn, as Italy not only stabs Austria to devastating effect, but also lends France unexpected support for what was to be a self-bounce in Marseilles and sails unopposed into Spain. France and Russia each take a center from Germany, who loses his banked build, but each of them loses a center elsewhere.
Austria and Russia each have a retreat due:
Austria's A Silesia may retreat to Bohemia or OTB.
Russia's A Galicia may retreat to Bohemia, Warsaw, or OTB.
Winter 1904 adjustments due:
Austria -- remove 1 or 2, contingent on retreats
France -- no change
Germany -- no change
Italy -- build 3
Russia -- no change or build 1, contingent on retreats
Both the retreats and the winter 1904 adjustments will be due
Thursday, October 4 at 3pm Central (US).
