1910 kicks off with another NMR, unfortunately. Spencer, if you have submitted orders and have a confirmation from me please send it my way and I'll correct the adjudication.

One retreat from the Spring for England in St. Petersburg. The fleet had only the Barents Sea to retreat to, however, so I took the liberty. (Rene, if OTB is preferred please just let me know.)
