One retreat from the Spring for England in St. Petersburg. The fleet had only the Barents Sea to retreat to, however, so I took the liberty. (Rene, if OTB is preferred please just let me know.)

Onwards we rampage into Fall 1910. Deadline is on Thursday, March 13th (11:59 PM GMT). Just send me an email if you spot any errors with the adjudication and they will be corrected.
