I support Trout in the ruling, and apologize to the rest for my untimely absence. On the upside, I’m up at most hours throughout the day now, so should be faster to respond to any of you who are on the opposite side of the world.
In other news, the Turk has violated Russia in one of the most awful ways. We appeal to the good natured people through Europe to help us return Sevastopol to it’s people and welcome Turkey’s peaceful withdrawal. Our slight delay will not dampen our resolve in reclaiming our home.
Best,
Andrew of Russia

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, we're all bound by the tourney rules and the tourney schedule. In a regular game, Andrew's build would be allowed in a heartbeat. Tournament play, however, is a different animal. To allow Andrew's build would create unfairness towards all other players who have had builds waived up to now - some with just as valid and excusable situations as Andrew's.
You can all call me a big dink now... =P
With regrets but hearty congratulations to Andrew, we play on. Please have your Spring orders in this evening by deadline - I believe I'm still missing one or two sets.
Cheers!

Heya folks,
I have adjudicated WInter 1902... However - it looks as though RP quirked and for whatever reason did not list the Russian build in the last turn. Due to the adjudication error, we'll give Andrew a little bit of extra time to get a build in - the Russian build will be due by Saturday, Apr 5th (11:59 PM GMT).
Unless any of you have any objections, the Spring 03 deadline will remain due on Monday, Apr 7th (11:59 PM GMT).
Cheers - and apologies for the slight mistake...
