Dear Rulers,
allow me to give you a short impression of Spring 1902:
- England and Russia had a little quarrel over St Petersburg. Of course, it is a beautiful place to visit in Spring.
Russia also seemed to have some mixup with Italy and Turkey. Opportunities for interpreters of these languages?
- France apparently decided that there is no place like home and returned en-masse to its terra patria.
- Austria gently but firmly made Russia to understand that the feeling of coziness in sharing Vienna was not mutual.
- The Italian army did not see any reason to move whereas its navy did not see any reason to stay.
- Turkey felt it was somewhat constrained and decided it would need more space.
- Germany was in an excellent mood and decided to pay a visit to its neighbouring locations.
These are the orders that were given for Spring 1902:

With these moves we're at Summer 1902.
Since Austria was so adamant about Vienna, the local Russian army needs to find itself another location.
