GAME NOTES:
The draw proposal received unanimous support from all players submitting votes. According to the rules, since the Italian player hadn't submitted orders for at least the last 4 turns, his vote was a YES vote also.

Thanks to the players for keeping this game moving. End-of-game Statements are encouraged and desired.

FINAL RESULTS:
The game ends as of the Winter 1907 Map. The final map is posted on the DipCorp website. These are the final center counts:

AUSTRIA - GERMANY two-way draw with England and Italy surviving.

Austria - 16 Centers
Germany - 13 Centers

England - 3 Centers
Italy - 2 Centers

France - Eliminated
Russia - Eliminated
Turkey - Eliminated
