Fall 956: what a strange season this was.
The Slav army in Hamburg apparently has gone suicidal and gave support to the Swedish army in Mecklenburg to attack... itself !
The Roman army in Ancona ordered an attack on Roma only to realize that it would take another season to get there.
The Swedish fleet in the Baltic Sea ended up with a similar problem while following orders to enter Uppsala.
And the Burgundian fleet in Cordoba arrived in Catalonia to help their army unit to defend the city but found that these had left for Avignon (where they found the Arabs trying to get a foothold as well).

The Burgundians set fire to Tunis anticipating an attack from the Romans; and they were right. The Roman fleet in Barca dislodged the Burgundian Fleet who now are forced to retreat.

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
