The DPY and other RP files I will sent along with the Winter adjustments. I reckon you don't really need RP to plan your builds/disbands.
WARNING: when using the DPY files I provided to go back in history, you will see that the maps no longer align with the history played. This is the result of tweaking the maps and SC counts to incorporate the Scorched Earth rules. For history you will have to go back to earlier DPY files or the maps provided.
